Bid documents
can be obtained from the Administration and Finance Department Room
No. 619 during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr
50 (Fifty Birr) for Each LOT from the date of the Issuance of this
bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
1. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable form of
C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee 1% of the Bid Amount must be submitted
along with financial document.
2. Bidders
should submit renewed trade license for the 2001 E.C. VAT
registration certificate and registration certificate from Ministry
of Finance & Economic Development.
3. All
eligibility certificate cited under No.3 should be found in the
original technical envelope and be submitted in the tender box on
the closing date.
4. Bidders
can offer their price for partial lots.
5. Bid
bond should be in a separate envelopes and marked bid security and
submitted in the tender box together with the original Financial
Document.
6. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing Development Project
Office Procurement and Supply Department Room No.621 on or before
July 9, 2009 at 9:30 A.M.
7. Bids
(technical offer) will be opened on July 9, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. AAHDPO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
