The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS)
invites sealed bid from Eligible, qualified contractors of GC 6 and
above with license valid for the current year 2001 E.C and
registration certificate from the Ministry of Water Resources for
the rehabilitation of water supply projects at Damot Mokonisa,
Shakisho Shone and Gacheno PA’s at Wolayita.
1. Interested
eligible bidder can purchase the bid document against a
non-refundable payment of 200.00 Birr from Ethiopian Red Cross
Society, Headquarter at Addis Ababa, near the National Stadium.
2. Bidders
should submit their company profile, licence and a performance
letter of related project from a recognized firm.
3. Interested
bidders should submit sealed bids (original & copy) to ERCS,
Headquarter Purchasing Division.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the total bid amount
Prepared in the Name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society in a certified
Cheque (CPO).
5. Bids
must be delivered in 10 working days of this announcement on
National News Papers.
6.
Bids will be closed on the 10th working days of this
announcement at 12;00 a.m. local time and will be opened on the
same day in the presence of interested bidders or legal
representatives at 2:00 p.m. local time at the Headquarter office.
7.
Days for mobilization and completion shall be clearly stated.
8. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details requested in the
schedule.

10. ERCS
reserves the right to accept to reject any or all bids without
fixing any reason thereof.
