Re-Invitation for Bid (IFB)
1. The
Hawassa Water Supply Service Enterprise has allocated budget from
its own account to be invested on rehabilitation/ renovation of its
old water treatment plant.
2. The
Hawassa Water Supply Service Enterprise now invites eligible
Consultant’s (only qualified water treatment plant designer,
manufactures/ contractors, senior experts in expansion and
improvements of water treatment systems, technologists in water
treatment systems) to submit proposals to provide consulting and
implementation services for the rehabilitation/ renovation of the
old Hawassa Water Treatment Plant.
3. Interested
eligible Consultant/s may obtain further information from the Office
of the Water Supply Service via the following contact address

4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased on the submission
of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 120 only.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than
1% of the total price in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO.
6. Bidders
shall submit Financial and Technical proposals separately and one
copy of each proposal in wax-sealed envelope to the Town Water
Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise at Hawassa, within 21
consecutive calendar days starting from this bid announcement and it
will be closed at 12:00 a.m. on the 21st day. (If this day become
holiday or weekend, the closing and opening day will be the next
working day).
7.
The bid will be opened in the presence of the consultants or
their legal representatives on the closing day, at 2:30 p.m. in the
Enterprise Office.
8. Hawassa
Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise reserve the right
to accept or reject all the bid or part of the bid.
