Tender Invitation for the Procurement of
Different Material

Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to procure the following items.

1.      The Tender remains floating from July 06, 2009 to July 27, 2009 with respective closing dates. Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee for each tender Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) Bidders should submit their relevant renewed license and VAT registration certificate (original & copies) when they come to obtain the bid document.

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid Security as follows:

3.      The Bid Security must be in either of the following form:

1. Cash
2. Certified Cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
3. Bank guarantee from recognized bank

4.      Bidders who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash or required to deposit to our Head Office 3^rd floor room No. 311 before 9:30 a.m. of the respective bid opening time and produce the receipt during the bid opening.

5.      Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1^st floor Room No. 110 in the representative closing dates and time

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the following date and time at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207

7.      Partial Bid is allowed for TL/37 and 38/09.

8.      The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
