Somali Regional State, Bureau of Works
& Urban Development invites sealed bids from all interested and
eligible bidders for the maintenance of Ground plus one Office
Building in Jijiga town.
Therefore:
1. Bidders
of category BC/GC-7 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian year and renewed; trade & industry development
certificate, Ministry of Works and Urban Development registration
certificate, VAT registration certificate, tax clearance certificate
with supporting letter. Can participate for the bid.
2. Upon
submission of a written application together with documents listed
under No. 1 above, a complete set for bidding documents can be
purchased from the address below against payment of non-refundable
fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (Four hundred Birr only ) starting form
the date of the first appearance of this invitation notice.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a 1% bid security or only 7,300.00 Birr
(Seven Thousand Three Hundred Birr only) from Certified Payment
Order (CPO) only, established through authorized Bank in Ethiopia.
In separate and labeled envelope. Or the Original of the financial
document.
4. Bidders
are instructed to submit separate sealed, one “ORIGINAL” and one
“PHOTOCOPY OF the ORIGINAL” in both technical and financial
proposals.
5. Bids
must be delivered to: the address below on or before
May 30, 2009 at 17: GMT (8:00
A.M. local time).
6. Bid
will be closed on June 10, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. local time and will be opened on
June 11, 2009 at 9:00 A.M.
7. Bidders
are instructed to fill, sign and seal all the forms of the bid
documents. Failure of this instruction may lead to bid rejection.
8. All
bids must include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the summary of the price.
9. Partial
rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items is not acceptable.
10. Address
