Invitation to Bid for the pavement
Maintenance of Awash Wine Share Company Head Office Compound.
1. The
Awash Wine Share Company has funds within the Employer’s budget to
be used for the procurement of Payment Maintenance of Awash Wine
Share Company Head Office Compound in Addis Ababa
2. The
Awash Wine Share Company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
for the provision of the Pavement Maintenance of Awash Wine Share
Company Head Office Compound within 10 calendar days from
commencement of works.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Pubic Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
Ethiopia, Category GC -7 or RC- 7 with license valid for the year
2001 E.C.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Transport
Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 A.M – 11:30 A.M & 1:30
– 5:30P.M.
5. A
compete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by interested
bidders upon written application at the address below 7(b) and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 150.00 (Birr One
Hundred Fifty only) and submission of Registration Certificate for
GC-7 or RC-7 valid for the year 2001 E.C, Renewed Business license
for the year 2001 E.C VAT registration, Tax payer registration and
Tax clearance certificates. The method of payment will be in cash.
The document will be sent by hand delivery. No liability will be
accepted for loss or late delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before July 6,
2009 G.C at 10:00 A.M All Bids must be
accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 10,000.00 (Birr Ten
Thousand). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the Awash
Wine Share Company, and must be irrevocable letter of credit, or
unconditional Bank Guarantee or a certified payment order (CPO) at
the Bidders option. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened
in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend
at the address below at 7 9(d) at July 6,2009 G.C at 10:30 A.M.
