Invitation for Bids for Harar TVET College

1.      Harari People National Regional State Education Bureau now invites all eligible bidders with renewed license valid for the year and Value Added  Tax (VAT) registered under contract for the supply of Generator for Harar Education Bureau.

2.      A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) starting from 8^th of June 2009 from Harari People National Regional State Education Bureau Tel. 025 66 31 82, Fax 025 666 23 85, Room No. 111.

3.      Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information from the above address.

4.      Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price as a certified check CPO or Bank guaranty.

5.      Sealed bids shall be delivered to the above  address on or before 2:30 P.M 23^rd of June 2009.

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 P.M. May 23^rd  of June 2009 at the Education Bureau Room No. 111.

7.      The contract work shall be completed with a maximum of 30 calendar days from the commencement of the work.

8.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of the bid.
