Mekelle University, hereby needs to
hire contractors and consultants for construction and Supervision of
building projects to be build in different campuses of Mekelle
University, Mekelle, Tigray Regional state.
1) All
Consultants of Grade III and above are invited to prepare
Proposals for Design Review, Supervision and Contract Administration
of Building projects (contract number MUSS12)
2) All
Grade III Building Contractors are invited to construct as building
project with Contract number MUBP22.
3) All
Grade iii Building Contractors are
invited to construct a building project with Contract number
MUBP23.
4) The
contractors and consultants should have a valid renewed license of
2001 E.C renewed Federal or Regional registration of MOWUD of 2001
E.C and they shall be VAT registered.
5) Bid
documents can be purchased from the University for a non-refundable
fee of
Consultants
Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr) for
document of mUSS12
6) Bid
Documents can be obtained from:- Room: Management Building office of
procurement, Finance and Facility Engineer Director (Former Milkana
Cafereria), Main Campus, Mekelle University, Mekelle, Tigray,
Ethiopia Tel. 251-34-4414783, Fax 215-034-4409021.
7) Bids
shall be valid fro a period of 902 (Ninety) days after bid opening
and must be accompanied by a security of 1% (One percent) of the bid
amount excluding 15% VAT but not exceeding Birr 100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand), and shall be delivered to the aforementioned
address.
8) Closing
time for submission of bid will be at the end of 3:30 local time of
the 15th day to be counted from the date of announcement
of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day, at 4:00
local time. If the 15th day is not working day, the bid
will be closed and opened at the aforementioned times of the next
working day.
9) Mekelle
University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
bid. |
