The Upper Awash Agro Industry
Enterprise (UAAIE) invites interested and eligible bidders to bid
for the supply of:
1. Tyre
and Tube Front Mix-857 Size 12.00x20-9 pcs
2. Tyre
and Tube Rear l-355 Size 12.00x20-34pcs
Interested and eligible bidders who
have registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and renewed their Trade
license for the year 2001/01 E.C may obtain the bidding documents
from UAAIE’s co-ordination office kirkos Kifle Ketema Kebele 03
House No. 0031 (behind Global Hotel) during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (Birr Hundred).
Bidders shall furnish as part of
their bid, bid security in an amount Equivalent to 2% of the
aggregate price. The bid bond must be payable to UPPER AWASH AGRO
INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE in CPO only.
The tender remains floating up to
July 4th 2009
Bidders should submit their offers in
a wax-sealed envelope to UAAIE co-ordination office Kirkos Kifle
Ketema Kebele 03 House No. 0031 Before or on July 4th
2009 up to 9:30 A.M.
Bids received in time and fulfilling
the required formalities will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives at 10:00 A.M on July 4th
2009 at UAAIE’s co-ordination office Addis Ababa.
UAAIE reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
