The Ethiopian Seed Enterprise invites
all interested & eligible bidders for transporting over eleven
thousand eight hundred quintals of seed from:
LOT I
From Bale/Kofele or Dodolla to
different woredas located at Amhara region -5300 Quintals
LOT II From Bale/Kofele to Tigray
Maychew -3500 quintals
LOT III From Bale/kofele or
Dodolla to Wollega -3000 quintals
A complete set of bidding document
may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) in cash from room No.
204. All bids valid for at least 60 days from bid opening date must
be submitted to ESE on/or before June 12, 2009 at 10:00 A.M local
time, with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price in
the form of CPO.
The bid will be opened in the
presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to
attend on June 12, 2009 at 10:30 A.M local time at ESE conference hall. ESE reserves the right to accept or
part of the bids or waives formalities without assigning any reasons
thereof.
