Second Announcement Assela Malt
Factory invites all interested bidders to participate in a bid for
the supply of 7,500 metric tons of two-row spring or winter-cleaned
malt barley.
1. Detailed
specification and tender documents could be collected from Addis
Ababa Liaison office, Mexico Square, Coffee & Tea Plantation
building ground floor or from Assela Malt Factory, Assela kulumsa,
with payment of non refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr
only) every day Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M and
Saturday from 8:00 A.M to 12:00 A.M.
2. All
Bidders shall deliver the malt barley in one consignment.
3. The
malt barley shall be production of 2009.
4. All
bidders are kindly requested to quote the best competitive FOB
and C&F
Djibouti Port price and quote Unit
and Total price in currency of EURO or USD.
5. The
bid will be closed on July
15, 2009 at
2:00 PM
and opened on
July 15, 2009
at
2:00 P.M.
at Addis Ababa Liaison office in the
presence of bidders or representatives who are interested to attend.
6. Offers
should be submitted in the suppliers (principal) Performa invoice.
7. Assela
Malt Factory reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of
the bid.
