Re-Invention to bid
1. Mulualem
Cultural Center has intended to procure for theater stage different
types of Spot light fixures, Manual light controlling Board and
light Dimmer with its complete accessories. Therefore, the Center
re-invites eligible suppliers who have VAT registration evidence,
renewed trade license for fiscal year 2001 B.C. and registration
certificate on supplier list.
2. Bidding
document may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of 50.00/Birr Fifty/ from Mulualem Cultural
center office No. 5 at Bahir Dar during working hours.
3. All
bid must be accompanied by bid security, an amount of which is 1% of
their offer in the form of cash deposit or CPO and must be submitted
on or before March 24, 2009 at 12:00 A.M. at the same address
indicated below.
4. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and the copy of offer should be
delivered to the same office before March 24, 2009. Late bids will
be rejected.
5. Bids
will be closed on March 24, 2009 at 12:10 A.M.
6. Bids
will be opened at 10:30 A.M. on March 25, 2009 at the Cultural
center’s hall in the presence of the bidder or legal representatives
who choose to attend.
7. The
center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
