validity: Bid shall
be valid for 60 days.
5. Bid Security: A Bank
Guarantee or CPO amoun is mentioned in the BDS. Insurance bond is
not accepted.
6. Eligibility: Participation
is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons. Local
agents are required to percent renewed trade license receipt, VAT
registration and Suppliers registration certificate.
7. Pre-delivery Service: The
supplier or his delegated shall undertake inspection and servicing
of the unit as stipulated in the instruction.
8. Technical and financial proposal
must be submitted separately original and copy.
9.
Bids shall be closed on 14 March 2009 on or before 10:00 A.M
and opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M in front of bidders or
their representatives.
10. The
bureau has the right to reject or accept all or partially of the bid
if it deemed necessary.
11. A
complete set of each bidding documents may be purchased by interest
eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 15.00.
