Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for supply of Kraft Paper.
2. Eligible
Suppliers/Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy
of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration
Certificate, issued form Ministry of Finance & Economic Development
against payment of a nonrefundable Birr 100.00 from procurement &
Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days from 9:00 A.M. to
4:00 P.M.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
Bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before April 24,2009at
3:30P.M. Bidders should provide one Original and one copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on April 25,2009 at 10:00A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
