with renewed licensed VAT and Ministry of Work and Urban Development
Registration certificate and TAX clearance paper from the Ministry
of Finance & Economic Development bureau valid for the 2001 E.C
1. Burji
Sp. Woreda Education office invites wax-sealed envelopes from
eligible bidder for providing the necessary labor, material and
equipment for the construction and completion of Soyama secondary
school expansion (2-Block each with 4class room) & fence work.
2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased to Burji Sp.Woreda
Education office Room N.5(five) Tel 0464720026/27 up on payment of
non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 100 on working days and hours.
3. Bidder
shall submit three envelopes the first envelope one original two
copies sealed and compiled under one envelope separately.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by bid security of at least 3% of the bid prices
in acceptable only CPO.
5. Bids
must be submitted & closed to burji special woreda Education office
Room No.5(five) on 16th day from the first publication
of the notice on The Ethiopian Herald at 4:00 A.M and as indicated
in above & bid will open at the same date 4:30 A.M.
N.B
The Bureau reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
If the bid submitted & opening date will be on
holiday or non working
day, bid process should be adjusted to the
immediate next working
day and time at the same place.
