The sustainable
resource management program in North Gondar invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for supply of Liquid Nitrogen Plant as specified in
the bid document.
1.
Bidders who can provide (original and copy) of renewed trade
license, registration certificate from the concerned government &
VAT registration certificate from the program coordination unit
during office hours up on payment of non-refundable fee of 100 Birr.
2. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope & deposit in the
box provided at Program Coordination Unit (PCU) starting from the
date of this announcement to the last date April 1, 2009 until 2:00
P.M. working days and bid will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their legal representatives at program
coordination unit on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
3. If
30th day of the announcement is weekend or public day,
the bid will be closed and opened on the next working day at the
same time.
4. Bidders
shall supply a bid security of 2% from the total bid in the from of
certified Check or CPO or cash.
5. Bidders
shall have the experience in supplying and planting the liquid
nitrogen machinery.
6. The
program reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
7.
The tender remains floating thirty calendar days from the
date of this announcement. Complete bid must be delivered to the
address below.
