To All Qualified Bidders
1. The
Guraghe Zone Water, Resources Development Office invites wax-sealed
bids from eligible contractors of water works for the one deep water
well drillings and construction water works.
2. Interested
eligible bidders with a license and registration certificate valid
for 2008/2009 can purchase complete set of bidding documents on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) for
consecutive ten day after this announcement from Guraghe Zone
Finance & Economic Development Co. main Dep’t.
3.
Interested bidders should submit their wax-sealed bids (One
Original & One copy) to Guraghe Zone F&E.D.D.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a security of two percent (2%) of the
total bid amount in Birr in the form of one of the following; i)
Cash or ii) Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized domestic
bank.
5. Bid
will be closed on 23/3/2009 at 12:00 A.M. and opened on 23/3/2009 at
2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or legal representatives at
Guraghe Zone Finance & Economic Development Department (it holiday
or weekend day it will be the next working day).
6. The
Guraghe Zone F&E.D.D. reserves the right to reject or accept any or
all bid without giving any reason thereof.
