INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER
The
international Rescue Committee, an international non-governmental
organization now invites Suppliers to submit sealed bids for the
Supply of Corrugated iron sheet of 35G, eucalyptus poles, Corrugated
iron sheet nails, different size of nails, Hinge and Latches to be
used for Sheder Refugee comps. In Somalia region
The Tender
Documents, including the Tender guideline, Bill of Quantities,
Specification and Contract Template, for the aforementioned activity
can be purchased 100 ETB (One Hundred Birr) non-refundable, from the
international Rescue Committee, office during working hours as of
March 16,2009 until April 3,2009 The International Rescue Committee
office is located on the 6th floor of the TK
international Building near Bole airport NOC fuel station Addis

Two copies of
the bid in separate envelopes marked “Original” and “Copy’ should be
submitted in a sealed covered envelope at the office of the
international Rescue Committee by not later than 10:00 A.M Monday 6
April 2009. All bids should include the aforementioned Tender
Documents and be accompanied by the firm profile, , past performance
record on similar works and other relevant credentials, as well as a
bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee, or CPO for 2% (two
percent) of the bid amount.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of Suppliers representatives who choose to
attend at 10:30 A.M Monday 6 April 2009 at the Conference Hall of
IRC –Ethiopia, Addis Ababa office (address as
in paragraph 2 above).
The
international Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject the
whole or part of any or all bids. |
