Invitation for bids (IFB)
1. The
SOMALI REGIONAL STATE HEALTH BUREAU invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the construction of office extension and
general Warehouse of Somali Regional State Health Bureau.
2. National
Contractors of category BC/GC 3 and above are eligible to bid
Bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
Ministry of in infrastructure, for the current fiscal year.
3. Bidding
document (and additional copes) may be purchased at SOMALI REGIONAL
STATE HEALTH BUREAU room No. 3 Tel. (025)7752205/2022/24/72844 for
a non-refundable fee of :400 Birr in freely convertible currency, on
working days.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 1% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee and shall be delivered to HEALTH
BUREAU OF SOMALI REGIONAL STATE ON OR BEFORE, 14/04/04 UP TO 10:00
A.M local time.
5. Bids
will be opened 14/04/09 in the presence of those
bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the same
date and place at 10:30 A.M
