1. Catholic
Church of Gamo Gofa and South Omo implements a Water Supply and
Sanitation Project funded by European Union, Austrian Government and
DKA through Horizontal 3000.
2. The
church now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for works
contract of
Lot No. 1: Falka spring gravity
system
Lot No. 2 Makena spring gravity system
Lot No. 3 Ponds for human and cattle use (Achi musa pond I and Achi
Musa pondII)
Bidder have
the option to bid for any
one lot of item. Bids will be
evaluated and contract (s) will be
awarded for each lot taking into
account the
combination of technical
and financial evaluation outcomes.
3. Bidders
are required to present original renewed license for Water Works
Construction General grade 6 and above: renewed certificate of
registration of the Ministry of Water Resources TIN and Vat
registration certificates, and testimony of similar construction
experience.
4. Interested
eligible bidder may purchase the bidding document at office of
Catholic Church of Gamo Gofa and South Omo, Arba Minch for a
non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr) per Lot.
5. The
bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days (Ninety days ) after the
date of the bid opening and must be accompanied by security guaranty
of 2% (Two percent) or above in CPO
6. All
bids must be delivered to the Church Office, Arba Minch, before 16th
day, 11::00 A.M from the date of the first publication.
7. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 3:00 P.M on the 16th day from the date of
the first publication, at the Church Office, Arba Minch.
8. The
Church reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid
