Description

1.       The ministry of Works and urban Development (MWUD) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for A STAND BY DIESEL GENERATOR.

2.       Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in a public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all locally registered Suppliers.

3.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Support Service Coordinating Bureau 9  MWUD) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(c) from 9:00 A.M.-12:00 A.M. noon.

4.      A complete s et of hard copy of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below at 6(a) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 50(Fifty Birr) The method of payment will be in Cash.

5.      Bids Must be delivered to the address below at 6(b) by placing them in the tender box prepared for this purpose at or before 8:00 P.M local time on the 15^th day of bid announcement. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount stated in the bid document, in the bid document ITB, Clause 21.1 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO or Cash Late bids shall be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 8:30 P.M local time on the 15^th day of bid announcement.
