Invitation to Bid
1. The
industrial projects Service (IPS) invites all eligible bidders for
the design and implementation System (MIS)
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by a any
interested eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable Birr 50
from the Finance Division IPS Building First Floor, Room No.1.12 ,
starting from the date of this notice is published in The Ethiopian
herald.
3. Bid
will be closed on the 30th date at 3:00 P.M from the date of publication of this invitation and will be op3ened on
the same date at 4:00 P.M local time in the
presence of bidders or their representatives
4. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount not less than
2% of the total bid price payable to IPS.
5. Bids
arrived after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
6. IPS
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
7. All
