The Addis Ababa
University College of Commerce (AAUCC) invites all interested and
eligible bidders for the construction of site work and landscape in
front to the college and roofing in the MBA center
Bidders should
be registered as contractors with the Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development A complete set of bidding documents can be
obtained from the College’s Office, Room No. 39during office hours
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00(Hundred Birr)
starting from March 23, 2009 Bidders at the level of BC5/GC5 and
above are required to submit the copies of their renewed
constriction license to the office where they will collect bid
document.
Bidders shall
furnish as par of their bid a bid bond in the amount of Birr 5,
000(Birr Five Thousand). The bid bond must be only in a CPO (Cash
payment order) from a recognized bank.
Bidders should
submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope both original and copy
clearly marked to the College Room No.13 on or before 2:00 P.M April 14, 2009
Bid documents
will be opened in the presence of in interested bidders or their
representatives at 3:00 P.M on April 14, 2009 at the new Auditorium
of the College.
The College
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part or part of bids
the bids
