The Ethiopian Shipping Lines Share Company invites interested eligible bidders who can print diary (agenda)  for the year 2009 as the following details:

                  Size: 15cm´22cm.
                  Cover: plastic color as per the sample
                   provided
                  Text:398 pages one color on 60 gram
                  wood free
                  Photograph:12full color on 150 gm art
                  Delivery date: Before October 15^th 2009
                  Quantity:2000(Two Thousand) pieces

Bidders should submit renewed license registration certificate from concerned government bodies and VAT registration certificate Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of certified check (CPO)

Bidders should submitted their price quotation and  sample in a separate sealed envelope with original and copy with original and copy with in 10(Ten ) working day’s from the date of announcement in The Ethiopian Herald.

Bid closing date shall be on the 10^th working day at 5:00 P.M local time.

The bidders may come see sample Agenda at Ethiopian Shipping Lines Head Office.

Bid shall be opened on the 11^th (Eleventh) working day at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bid received after due date, incomplete in any respect and /or not accompanied by the required documents are liable to be rejected Ethiopian shipping lines reserves the right to  accept or reject any or all the bid.
