Tender for the procurement of Different items

Ethiopian Telecommunications corrosions (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following items

1.     The Tenders remain floating form March 26, 2009 until April 13, 2009 Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room no. 207 during office hours upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) for each tender. Bidders should submit their relevant renewed license & VATY certificate (Original & Copies) when they come to obtain the bid document

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security as follows 

3.      The Bid bond must be in either of the following from

a)      Cash

b)      Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or

c)      Bank guarantee from recognized bank

4.      Bidders who with to submit Bid security in  the form of cash or required to deposit to our Head office 3^rd floor room No. 311 before 9:30 A.M. on the respective bid opening time and produce the receipt during the bid opening

5.      Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1^st Floor Room No. 110 on or before the following date and time respectively 

6.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representative’s on the following date and time at ETC’s Head Office Room no.111 

7.      Partial bid is not allowed for both items.

8.      The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
