Assela Malt
Factory invites all interested bidders to participate in a bid for
the Supply of 112,000 meter tons of two-row spring and /or
winter-cleaned malt barley.
1.
All Bidders shall be delivered the malt barley in two
consignments
The first consignment amount
6,000 tons and delivery date till mid of August.
The second consignment Amount
being 6,000 tons and delivery date till mid of October
2.
The malt barley shall be 2008 crop year.
3. Detailed
specification and tender documents could be collected form Addis
Ababa Liaison office, Mexico square, Coffee & plantation building
ground floor or from Assela Malt Factory Assela/Kulumsa, with
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) only
4. All
bidders kindly requested to quote the best completive FOB at port of Destination and C&F price at
Djibouti port and quote unit and total price in currency of EURO or
USD.
5. The
bids will be closed on May 06, 2009 at 2:00 PM. and Opened on May 06,
2009 at 2:30 PM. at Addis Ababa Liaison office in the presence of bidders or
representatives who are interested to attend.
6. Offers
should be submitted in the suppliers (principal Performa invoice.
7. Assela
malt Factory reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of
the bid.
