invites interested bidders to submit
their sealed bides for “Raw and packing Materials”
1.
Interested eligible bidder can
collect tender documents from the Company Head Office Purchasing
Davison against non refundable cash payment of Birr 400.00 during
office hours.
2.
A bid bond of 2% of the total
bid amount is required to qualify for the tender. Wax sealed
envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Ephram 02/08” should be
deposited in the tender box at Ethiopian pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing SH. CO or should arrive through mail before April 30,
2009 at 10:00 A.M local time in the presence of interested bidders
or their representatives.
3.
EPHARM reserves the right to
accept or reject any Bid and to annul the bidding process and reject
all bids at any time prior the award of contract without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any
obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the ground of
the company’s action.
