The complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from
OROMIA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICE procurement Department
upon submission of renewed tread license VAT and TIN registration
together with written application up on payment of non refundable
fee 100.00 Birr.

4.
Wax- sealed Envelopes contain
an original and copy of offer and qualification documents should be
delivered to the Oromia National Regional State. Housing
Development project Office P.O. Box 225/1250 Tel. 011 5545605
Finfinnee within 15 consecutive days that 1st date of
this announcement on the Ethiopian Herald Late bids shall be
rejected.
5.
The offer envelopes shall be
submitted to procurements Department as follows
5.1
The original and copy of the
Offer Document shall wax-sealed in a separate envelopes and marked
“original offer Documents” and “Copy of offer document
“respectively.
5.2
The bid security will be
wax-sealed in a separate envelope marked “bid security”
5.3
The unit price for item listed
on No.16 and 17 in the Table above should be offered which
Transpiration cost at CIF ex warehouse of Bale Robe Town which is 420 km from
Addis Ababa
6.1 The envelopes in5.1 shall then be
sealed in an outer envelope marked “Offer
Document for housing
Development project Office of the Oromia Regional National
State “
6.2. All Documents mast e inserted in
to the bid box with 15, day at
3:00 P.M
7. Original envelopes of bidders
shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives on the 15th
day at 3:30 P.M at Oromia Regional National State Housing
Development Project office.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a
bid security of Eth. Birr 100.00.00
9. The National Regional State of
Oromia Housing Development project office reserves the right to
reject any or all the bids
