Project Name Health Sector Development Program Contract Title:
Construction of Warehouse at Dukem
1.
The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant
from the Italian Government to wards the cost of Health Sector
Development program/HSDP/& intends to apply part of the funs to
cover eligible payments under the contract for the construction of
Warehouse at Dukem.
2. The
Oromia Regional Health Bureau invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders to all national contractors of class GC/BC 6 and above
regularly registered with the ministry of Works and Urban
Development and who have renewed their license for the current
fiscal year and have VAT registration certificate.
3. Bidding
documents and (additional copies) may be purchased from Oromia
Regional Health Bureau, Engineering & Maintenance Department, Room
No. 36, Addis Ababa for a non-refund able fee of Birr 200 (Two
Hundred Birr only) from 23rd March 2009 up to 13th
April 2009 interested bidders may obtain further information at the
same address.
4.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and
must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 1 % of the project
cost in a form of CPO and bank guarantee and shall be delivered to
Oromia Regional Health Bureau in wax-sealed envelope original and 2
copies on 21st April 2009 at exactly 2:30 P.M in the
after noon at which time the bid will be opened in the presence of
the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
5. Completion
time for the construction work will be 240 calendar days.
6. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
