The Somali
Regional State Police Commission invites interested and eligible
bidders to bid for the supply of STATIONERIES.
Local bidders
or agents must have their evidence of currently renewed license that
they have paid up all government taxes and certificate from ministry
of Finance /S.R.S. Bofed specifying that they have register in
suppliers list Also bidders must have to produce VAT registration
certificate from inland Revenue Authority
Bidders can
obtain bid documents from March 16, 2009 S.R. police Commission
General Service Department Jijiga during office hours against
payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr)
Bids should be
submitted along with a bid bond amounting to Birr 10.00 (Ten
Thousand Birr) issued in favor of the Somali Region police
Commission in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) certified bank
Guarantee, Tender bids should be provided in two envelopes. The
first envelope has detail supply of stationeries as specification
given .
Then the second
envelope arranged for stationary materials unit price according to
tender instruction.
Tender envelope
should be marked Bid supply of stationeries Bid will opened on April
15, 2009 at 4:05 P.M local time in presence of bidders or their
legal representatives at assemble hall of regional police commission
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid.
