sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Rigid
PVC-U)
1. The
Tender remains floating from March 31, 2009. Bid document can be
obtained from WAAZ ROOM NO.14/supply office/ at office hours up on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00/ thirty Birr/ Bidder
should submit all their relevant renewed original license and VAT
certificate when they come to obtain the bid document.

Bidders shall Furnish as part of their bid, Bid security Birr
4000.00/four Thousand Birr only/

The Bid Bond must be in either of the following form

Cash
3.2
Certified Cheque/CPO/ issued by a recognized Bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office before the bid opening date and
produce the receipt during opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in wax-sealed envelope and sealed
envelope and deposit in the box situated at West Addis Ababa Zone
office 1st floor Room No. 1 before April 21, 2009 up to
5:30 PM.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 9:00 AM. on April 22, 2009 at Zone office Room
No. 1
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
