Procurement Reference
1.
The Addis Ababa University has funds within the procuring
Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of Construction of
PRF-FAB Dormitory & Toilets Shower at AAU Faculty of Medicine.
2. The
Addis Ababa university invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
with category of BC/GC 4 or above for the provision of Construction
of PRF-FAB Dormitory & Toilets Shower at AAU Faculty of Medicine.
3. Bidding
will be conducted accordance with the Open Tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source countries.
4. interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from main Campus at
purchasing Davison and inspect the bidding documents at the adders
given below at 7(a) from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of
100.00 (Birr Hundred). The method of payment will be in cash.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c ) at or
before 2:00 PM. on April 23, 2009 All bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security of Ethiopia Birr 10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand). Late bids
shall be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
7(d) at 2:30 PM. on April 23, 2009
