1.
The Addis Ababa University has funds within the procuring
Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of Computer and
Computer Accessories.
2.
The Addis Ababa University invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders with computer and computer Accessories
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open
Tendering procedures contained in the public procurement
proclamation of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is
open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Main Campus at purchasing Division and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:00 A.M to 5:00
P.M
5.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below at (b) and upon
payment of 100,00 (Birr Hundred). The method of payment will be in
cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 2:00 P.M
on April 16, 2009 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of
Ethiopian Birr 10, 000.00(Ten Thousand). Late bids shall be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
(d) at 2:30 P.M on April 16, 2009
