1.
The SNNP Water Resources Development Bureau, hereby invites
qualified and eligible Bidders licensed in Water well drilling
construction to submit sealed bids for the construction and
completion of the following water well drilling projects
Lot I: 3 boreholes &
shallow wells
drilling in Site
Wolyita &
Kembata &
Tembaro
Zones,
SNNPR
Lot II 2 boreholes
drilling in Dawro
Zones, SNNPR
Lot III 1 Borehole drilling in Sidama Zone SNNPR
2.
Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible member countries
as defined in the SNNPR Regional State’s Rules &
procedures for the procurement of Goods & Works as well as to those
domestic Contractors licensed in water well drilling construction
having license valid for the current year and registration
certificate for VAT
3.
Qualification requirement includes 1/ Ownership and/or
existing lease of relevant equipment & machinery 2/experience in
water works construcion3/availability of relevant experienced
personnel as provided in the bidding document with other add ional
details
4.
No price adjustment will be allowed.
5.
Electronic bidding will not be permitted
6.
A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by
interested bidders, upon submission of a written request application
and payment of a non-refundable fee of a written request application
and payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. of Birr 200(Two Hundred
only) from SNNP Regional War Resources Development Bureau Room
Number 04, Tel.251462203942 P.O. Box 153 Fax +251462206997, Hawassa
City.
7.
Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of not less than
1% of the contract amount in the form of Cash payment Order (CPO) or
equivalent Bank guarantee and shall remain valid for 90 (Ninety)
days
8.
Bid shall be delivered to SNNP Regional Water Resources
Development Bureau, Room Number 04, Tel. 251 462 203942, P.O. Box
153 on or before the 15th day of this announcement
before 11:00 P.M. in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who whish to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
9.
The SNNPR Regional Water Resources Development Bureau
reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bids.
