and communication Studio
Equipments for Jimma
Community Radio with the
government capital budget
- Eligible bides should have business license
valid for the
Current year and copy of
Registration Certificate from
the ministry of Finance and
Economic Development and
supporting letter from Inland
Revenue Authority and VAT
registration.
- Bid document and detail information can be
obtained from
Jimma
University ,main campus purchasing Main
Division Office or from Ministry of Education ,Jimma
University Liaison office in Addis
Ababa during office hours
upon payment of a non – refundable
fee of Birr 100(One Hundred
Birr) for the bid
document.
4. All bids must be accompanied by
a
bid bond amount of Birr
15,000(Fifteen Thousand
Birr) furnished by certified cheque
(CPO) issued by a domestic bank in
the name of the
Jimma University so as to reach on or
before April 13,2009 at 10:00 A.M
local time.
5. The delivery place is at Jimma
University main Campus store and
price should be set accordingly.
6. Bid replay shall be put into the tender
box prepared for this purpose at Addis
Ababa, Jimma University Liaison
Office at Ministry of Education on or
before April 13, 2009 At 10:00 A.M
local time .Bids received after the
closing time will be automatically
Rejected.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of
