The Amhara national Regional state TVET promotion Agency
invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of
procurement of LAPIDARY MACHINES EQUIPMENT and MATERIALS for 15
TVET COLLEGE AND institute
2.
Bidders both International and local should provide copies
of relevant and valid documents Local bidders need to submit a
license valid for the year 2008/2009 VAT and TIN registration
certificate and evidence indicating that the bidders has performed
tax paying obligations from Federal or Regional Inland Revenue
3.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from ANRS Technical & Vocational Education and Training promotion
Agency and inspect the bidding document at the address given below
from Monday to Friday on working hours
4.
A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by
interested bidder on submission of a written application together
with documents indicated on number 2 above upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Eth Birr 100 or its equivalent in freely
convertible currency to the Finance service of Technical and
Vocational Education and Training promotion Agency in cash CPO or
Cheque
5.
Bidding will be conducted through ICB( international
Competitive Bidding) procedure and is open to all eligible bidders
the delivery places or sites of goods or equipment are for 15 TVET
Colleges and institutes.
6.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening
and must be accompanied by a bid security of the total bid price in
the form of certified cheque CPO or a bank guarantee and must be
delivered with the bid document together with copies of documents
indicated on number 2 above to the address given below on or before
2:00 P.M 28 March 2009
7.
Bis shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. 28, March 2009 at
the conference room of ANRS Technical & Vocational Education and
Training Promotion Agency Late Bids will be rejected.
8.
The ANRS Technical and Vocational Education and Training
promotion Agency reserve the right to accept or reject all or part
of the bids
