Invitation for Bid
1.
The Arbaminch University invites sealed bid from eligible and
interested supplies for the supply and install a new electrical
cabling Access control supply and installation of two ceiling
mounted smoke detections’ audible alarm outside the data center and
the necessary inter connection, power feeds as well as a modular
raised computer floor of Arbaminch university ICT data center
according to electric installation design.
2.
Bidders should have business license valid for the current year
registration certificated Supporting letters and VAT registration
from respective mandated authorities of Federal Democratic Republic
of Ethiopia
3.
Bid documents can be obtained from Addis Ababa by side of American
Embassy at the curriculum division building from AMU Liaison office
Room No. 251 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr)
4.
Bid must be accompanied by a bid security amounting Birr 10,500 (Ten
Thousand Five hundred only) Finished in form of cash or cash
certified check (CPO) or on issued by domestic bank in the name of
Arbaminch University.
5.
Bid reply documents (in wax-sealed envelop) should be put in to
tender box prepared for this purpose Addis Ababa at AMU Liaison
office Room No. 25 before or on April 25, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local
time bid received after closing time will be automatically rejected.
6.
Bids will be opened in the presence of all interested bidders or
their representatives who wishes to attend on the same date, on
April 25, 2009 at 10:00 local time Addis Ababa at a liaison office
Room No. 251.
7.
The delivery place is at Arbaminch university Campus store & price
should be quoted accordingly.
