year 2001 E.C
1.
Chiro City administration office invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary labor material equipment and
service for the construction G+1 class room block at chiro town
2.
Bidding document may be purchased from West hararge Zone Chiro city,
Administration office up on submission of non-refundable fee of
birr 200 for each set starting from the first date it appears on he
Newspaper during office working hours.
3.
Building will be conducted in accordance with open national
tendering procedures contained in the Oromia national Regional
Government public procurement proclamation and it is open to all
eligible bidders.
4.
Bidders should be VAT registered and a copy of Vat certificate
construction license and registration certificate delivered during
bid document purchased.
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable form of
“CPO” or bank guarantee 2% of the bid amount which will be payable
on first demand to the client.
6.
Wax-sealed original & copy bids shall be delivered to the address at
8 below on or before the 31st date of this invitation
appears on the News paper at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on the

A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives
who wishes to attend.
