(MSIE) a partner of Marie
stopes international ,is a not –for
profit organization established to
ensure the provision of quality and
sustainable Family planning
/reproductive health service to
safeguard the reproductive right of
Women, men and young people in the country.
(2). MSIE would
like to purchase office
building and invites all
interested and eligible bidders to bid.
(3). The Building
shall fulfill the following
requirements which will be
considered at time of bid evaluation:
a) Ground +4 and
each floor to cover at
least 200M2area
b) Building
should have parking area to
accommodate at least 20 vehicles,
c) Building
should have 3 phase electric
installation,
d) Owner should
provide Certificate of
ownership/title deed,
e) Building
should be free from any third
party claims or secure consent of the
claimant for the sale. Building should
preferably be located in Bole Yeka, or
Kirkos sub city
g) Location of
building should be accessible to main roads and
transportation facilities

Bidders should submit one
original and copy of wax-sealed offers marked “Bill FOR SALE OF
Building” with all the necessary details as specified under
No.3(a-g) above including name and contact address of the owner,
total plot area, functional area of each and all floor areas
(insq.mts) parking area (insq.mta) facilities available (lifter,
guard house, water tanker, etc.) possible handover date, whether it
is partitioned or not, photo of the building copy of ownership
certificate and accompanied with bid security of 0.05% of the bid
amount in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for
four months

Bids should submitted to the
above address into the box ready for the bid on or before 10:00 A.M.
local time on 31 March 2009 Bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend on 31
March 2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time at the Mare Stopes International
Ethiopia Meeting Room, Head Office Addis Ababa .
