Invitation for Bid
Shashemene City Administration now
invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders to provided
their offer for consultancy of Road and Drainage construction works.
A)
Consultants owning grade CAE III/CE III and above can submit
their document.
B)
Bidders who can provided license renewed for year 2001
E.C.VAT Registration certificate, Recent Tax clearance from inland
Revenue authority will be invited.
C)
Bidders shall prepare and submit bid proposal in two copies
(ONE” ORIGINAL”& ONE PHOTOCOPY” of the document
D)
Bidder who can baring letters concerning his best performance
will be more appreciated.
E)
Bid must be accompanied by 1% of the total project cost
security in the form of certified cheek or CPO or Bank guarantee.
F)
Bid proposal Shall be submitted on /before 30 days after
announcement on Mass media (The Ethiopian Herald)
G)
The proposal will be closed at 10.00 A.M. and opened at 2:00
P.M. on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on the next final announcements date: if it is on
working date or after weekends.
H)
The office has full right to accept or reject any or all bids
fully or partially.
