Invitation For Re-Bid
1.
The SNNPR State Council Office wants to construct “HI-TECH”
Assembly Hall at Awassa Town.
2.
The SNNPR State Council Office now invite all contractors of
category GC/BC-I with renewed license valid for the year 2001 E.C
3.
Bidding document may be purchased started from the first day
of this announcement issued on the news paper up to 21st
successive days form Regional Works & Urban Dev’t Bureau at Awassa
town upon payment of non-refundable fee of 1, 600 Birr.
4.
The bid will be submitted at the 21st date from
10:00 A.M. -12:00A.M. and opened on the same
day at 2:30 P.M. The bid document will be submitted to a box
prepared to this purpose which is placed at Works & Urban Dev’t
Bureau. If the 21st date is not the working date it will
be on the next working day.
5.
A bidder has to be registered to collect “VAT” and copy of
VAT certificate, trade license and registration certificate must be
submitted attached with the application.
6.
All bids must be accomplished by bid security in an
acceptable form valid for 90 days after the id opening in CPO not
less than 1% of the bid amount and not more than 100,000 Birr.

Submission & opening of he bid,
7.1
The original and two copies of the qualification document
shall be placed in separate sealed and waxed envelope and labeled
“original”& copy”& all documents placed in large outer envelope
marked as “QUALIFCATION DOCUMENT” and wax-sealed The outer envelope
shall bear the submission address and other information from
indicated sheet.
7.2
The Original and two copes of the financial document shall
be placed in separate sealed and waxed envelope and labeled
“original”& copy” and all documents placed in large outer envelope
marked as “FINANCIAL DOCUMENT “ and wax-sealed document I
financial & I technical document)
8.
Only Financial offers of those bidders who score the minimum
qualification point 70% and above, will be opened on the financial
opening date. The financial opening of the bidders who have scored
less than the minimum passing point will be returned unopened.
9.
The SNNPR State Council Office reserves the right to reject
any or all bids.
