Bids Tender Biftu Selale Farmers

of category BC/GC 4 & above
1. The
Biftu Seale Farmers Cooperative Union (BSFCU) secured a budget for
the construction of multipurpose building project at Fitche Town.
2. The
BSFCU now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are
interested & capable to work within 120 calendar days. Bidders shall
have registration license for the year 2001 E.C. Trade license VAT
registration certificate, & TIN registration certificate.
3. Bidders
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Oromia National Regional State & is
open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from BSFCU office &
inspect the bidding document at Fitche Town, North Shoa Zone, Oromia
national Regional State.
5. A
complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by
bidders at the address stated above upon payment of non-refundable
fee of Ethiopian Birr 30.00(Thirty Birr only) beginning from march
28, 2009
6. Bids
must be delivered to the Union before April 03,2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend. All bids must be
accompanied by a 1% bid security in a form of Bank Guarantee or
Certified payment Order (CPO) established through authorized Bank in
Ethiopia. Late bids shall be
rejected.
7. Address
for further information, bid document purchase or inspection, bid
delivery & opening shall be in BSFCU Office.

8. All
bidders are requested to gives the cost of construction per unit for
labor only.
9. All
construction materials are presented by the BSFCU.
10. Biftu
Selale Farmers Cooperative Union has the right to accept or reject
