Procurement of one Midi bus and one Pick vehicles
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
the International Development Association Development Association
(IDA) toward the cost of information & Communication Technology
Assisted Development (ICTAD) project & it intends to apply part of
the proceeds of the loan to payments under the contract for the
supply of one midi bus and one double cabin pick up vehicles
2. The
ICTAD project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of the midi bus and one double cabin pick up vehicles.
3. Bidding
will be conducted under the National Competitive bidding procedures
in accordance with the World Bank Guide liners procurement under
IBRD Loans & IDA Credits dated May 2004 & is open
to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the
Guidelines.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian ICT

documents at the address given below during Office hours.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to
Ethiopian ICT Assisted Development project, Dembel City Center, 11th
floor using left N o. 2 or 3, upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 100
6. Bids
must be submitted to Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT Assisted
Development project at or before 3:00 P.M. on April 30, 2009.
7. All
bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Birr 36,000
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at Ethiopian ICT Development Agency, ICT
Assisted Development project at 4:00 P.m. on April 30, 2009
