5. Bid
validity, Bid shall be valid for 60 days.

Bid Security: Guarantee or CPO amount is mentioned in the
BIDS.
7. Eligibility:
participation is open on equal terms to all natural & legal persons.
Local agents are required to percent renewed trade license receipt,
VAT registration & suppliers registration certificate.
8. Pre-delivery
Service: The supplier or his delegated shall undertake inspection &
servicing of the unit as stipulated in the instruction.
9. Technical
& financial proposal must be submitted separately original & copy.
10. Bids
shall be closed on 13 April 2009 on or before 10:00 A.M. & opened on the same date at
10:30 A.M. in front of bidders or their representatives.
11. The
bureau has the right to reject or accept all or partly of the bid if
it deemed necessary.
12. A
complete set of each bidding documents may be purchased by
interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.00
