1. Water
Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the supply of 250 PCS Blind steel casings
6 5/8 “ in accordance to our specification stipulated in the tender
document.
2. Eligible
suppliers can obtain tender documents against payment of
non-refundable Birr 50.00(Fifty) from procurement office from the
date of issuance of this notice.
3. Bidders
should be able to present copies of renewed licenses valid for the
fiscal year, VAT & tax payer’s registration certificate.
4. Bids
must be submitted in two separate scaled envelopes marked as
technical & financial proposals.
5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the bid
amount in the form of CPO, Bank guarantee or certified cheque &
should be enclosed in the Technical envelope.
6. Sealed
bids shall be delivered to W.W.W.D.E.S Head office & placed in the
tender box within 20 (Twenty) calendar days from the first day of
announcement.
7. Bid
will be closed on the twentieth calendar day at 9:30 A.M. from the first day of announcement & will be opened on the same day at
10:00 A.M. in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
without giving any reason thereof.
