Re-invitation for Bid
Oromia Regional
Government has been allocating budget towards the construction of
Abbo-Addis Nucleus Health Centers in Horo Guduru Wallega Zone under
the supervision of
H/GWallega Zone
Health Department.
H/G/Wallega Zonal Health Department invites all interested and
eligible bidders to bid for the construction of Abbo Addis health
Center (at Guduru Woreda)
1. Interested
bidders (Grade 6 GC/BC and above) who have Registration Certificate
from MoWUD , currently renewed license and VAT Registration
Certificate are invited to participate in the bid.
2. Further
information can be obtained and a complete bid document can be
purchased from H/G/Wallega Zonal health Department Section of health
Service Division (Tel.057 6660910/11& P.O. Box 50. Shambu) up
on non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred only) after the
announcement of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the bid amount
in the form of “CPO” from recognized Bank and shall be delivered to
H/G/Wallega Zonal health department, Tel, 057 6660910/11 and P.O.
Box 50 Shambu( section of Health service division within 10 calendar
days after the announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald.
4. Bidders
should submit their offer (two copies & one original) in wax-sealed
envelope to H/G/Wallaga Zonal health department until the 10th
day starting from the date of first announcement of this notice in
the Ethiopian Herald.
5. The
Bid shall be opened on the same day of the bid closing date at 10:00
A.M. local time in he presence of bidders or their legal
representatives at H/G/Wallega Zonal Health department
6. H/G/Wallega
Zonal Health department reserves all rights to reject any or all or
all of the bids.
