The
Environmental Protection Authority of the Addis Ababa City
Government invites all interested eligible bidders for the supply of
Laboratory Instruments and Chemicals Supplies.
A complete set
of bidding document can be purchased from finance section of the
Authority up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 /One
Hundred Birr/.
In additional to
renewed license of the year & VAT registration certificate.
A Bid bond of: 1. Birr 3,000
-5,000 for 30,000 -500,000
2. Birr 5,000 -10,000 for 500,000 -
1,000,000
3. Birr
10,000 -50,000 for 1,000,000 -
5,000.00
Required to
quality for the tender, wax-sealed envelopes marked “Bid for “Tender
EPA 05/2009” should be deposited in the tender box of E.P.A. before
March 19, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
The bid will be
opened on March 19, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The
Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul
the bidding process at any time prior to award of contract, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder, or bidders
or any obligation to inform the affected bidders for its action.
Bidders are
obliged to supply the instrument, equipment and chemical to the
purchaser not later than 4 months.
