1. The
Construction Design S. Co. (CDSCo) intends to procure Water CAD and
Sewer CADS Soft Wares as specified in the Bid Documents.
2. Any
interested and eligible bidder may purchase a complete set of bid
documents from the Construction Design S. Co. P.O. Box 40036, Tel.

84 Addis Ababa, Purchasing Coordination Office Room No.104 Upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) Birr only.
3. Bidders
can obtain any additional information from the purchasing

4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of CPO or bank guarantee which should be valid for six
months and must be submitted on or before
March 20, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. local
time at the address given hereinabove.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same date at 3:30 P.M. (Local time) at the Construction Design S. Co. 3rd Floor
Room No.128, Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
are required to read and conform with all the necessary details as
specified in the instruction to Bidder’s attached herewith.
7. The
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
