1. Ethiopian
Civil Service College has funds within the construction entity’s
budget to be used for the construction of fence wall for the new
extension building.
2. Ethiopian
Civil Service College invites eligible contractors of categories
B.C or G.C. 7and equipments for the construction and completion of
the Fence wall.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in Public Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Civil
Service College Procurement. Finance and property Administration
business process and inspect the bidding documents at the address
given below from 8:30 A.M %5:00 P.M local time from Monday to Friday.

A set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at Ethiopia Civil Service College main compass
located at CMC road procurement, Finance and property
Administration business process, Room number 004 from 8:00 A.M 5:00
P.M local time from Monday to Thursday and up on payment of
non-refundable fee of Ethiopia Birr 50.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before March 19, 2009
at 2:30 P.M local time.
7. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr not less
than 2% of the bid amount.
8.
Late bids shall be rejected.
9. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or legal representatives
on March 19, 2009 at 2:30P.M local time.
10. Bids
must be delivered and opened at Ethiopia Civil Service College Main
campus located at CMC road Block Number 5, Room Number A42 on March
19,2009 at 2:30 P.M local time.
11. The
college reserves the right to reject part or all the bids.
