INVITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
COMPUTER PRINTER FAX MACHINE AND
PHOTO COPY MACHINE
Ethiopian
Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) (Central A.A. Zone) invites
sealed bid from eligible bidders for the procurement of computer
Printer, fax machine & photo copy machine.
1. The
Tender Remains Floating from March 9, 2009 until March 30, 2009. Bid
Documents can be obtained from ETC’s Central A.A. Zone Legehar Meder
Babour (Addis Ababa) during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should
submit all their renewed original license & VAT Certificate with
copies (If they are registered) when they come to obtain the bid
documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, security of Birr 3,000.00 (Birr
Three Thousand).
3. The
Bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to ETC Central A. A. Zone (Legehar Meder Babour) Cashier, on
or before March 30, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during
the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed enveloped and deposit in
the box situated of “Central A.A. Zone Legehar Meder Babour on or
before March 30, 2009 at 5:00 P.M.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC (Central A. A. Zone at Legehar Meder Babour)
on March 31, 2009 at 3:00 P.M.
7. Partial
bid is allowed.
8. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or all or part of the
bid.
